摘要
目的 研究大鼠经次声作用后下丘脑中 HSP70的表达 .方法 SD大鼠先经 8Hz,1 2 0 d B次声作用 2 h,然后分为8组 ,每组 3只 .分别于次声作用后 0 .5 ,1 ,2 ,3,4,5 ,6和7h后取下丘脑 ,通过 Western blotting技术检测 HSP70的表达 . 2组对照组 ,1组放入次声压力仓 ,但无次声作用 ;另 1组既不放入次声压力仓 ,也无次声作用 .结果 与 2组对照比较 ,次声作用 2 h后 ,随时间延长 ,HSP70表达呈升高趋势 .
AIM To study expression of HSP70 in hypothalamus of rats exposed to infrasound. METHODS SD rats were exposed to infrasound of 8 Hz, 120 dB for 2 hours. Then they were divided into 8 groups and each group consisted of 3 rats. Hypothalami were obtained after 0.5, 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 hours respectively. There were two groups of control, one group of rats not exposed to infrasound but placed into the infrasonic pressure chamber for 2 hours and the other group of rats neither exposed to infrasound nor placed into the chamber. RESULTS After exposed to infrasound, HSP70 protein was induced immediately. As time went on, HSP70 intensity was strengthened up to 7 hours. In control rats, little expression of HSP70 was detected. CONCLUSION HSP70 induction is a neuronal response to infrasound and plays some important role in neuron to stress.
