摘要 为了研究在转子铁心中引入磁障对磁阻转子无刷双馈电机性能的影响,基于场路耦合有限元分析,对比研究了转子极弧系数与磁障数量及结构参数对无刷双馈磁阻电机性能的影响,并在此基础上,提出了一种结构简单、性能较好的无刷双馈磁障转子设计方案。通过样机实验,验证了该磁障转子无刷双馈电机的设计方法及其双馈运行特性。理论分析和实验研究结果表明:在电机结构尺寸相同情况下,通过在转子铁心中适当引入磁障,可以有效地改善磁阻转子无刷双馈电机的性能,并使其保留普通磁阻转子结构简单和成本低廉的优点。 In order to investigate the influence of magnetic barriers in rotor core on the performance of brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM), the comparative studies of the influences of pole-arc coefficient, numbers and structure parameters of magnetic barriers on the performance of BDFM based on the field-circuit coupled finite element analysis are carried out in this paper. On the basis of the comparative studies, a magnetic barrier rotor structure of BDFM with simple structure and good performance is proposed. The experimental results of the prototype machine validated the design method and predicted doubly-fed operation performance of the BDFM with magnetic barrier rotor. The theoretical analysis and experimental study show that under the same condition of structure dimension, the performance of BDFM with reluctance rotor can be effectively improved by adding magnetic barriers properly in the rotor core, and the machine can keep the same advantages of simple structure and low cost as that of the normal reluctance rotor.
