摘要
农村劳动力培训转移是我国解决"三农"问题、促进农民增收、统筹城乡发展的重要战略。文章结合农村劳动力培训转移工作现状,分析了农村劳动力培训转移运作的机构模式、经费模式、培训模式、转移模式和管理模式,提出创新点。
Training and transferring rural labor is an important strategy for dealing with "Three Rural" problems, increasing farmers' incomes and harmonizing rural and urban development in our country. Based on the situation of training and transferring rural labor, this essay studies the models of organization, funds, training, transferring and management, then puts forwards out the innovations.
