摘要
信息时代的到来对于当前的成人教育管理模式提出了新要求和挑战。把成人教育管理模式视为一个复杂的整体性系统,从系统参与者(包括管理人员、教师、学员等)的角度出发,对成人教育管理模式中的教育理念、培养目标、教学模式、学生管理等方面进行创新研究,提出对策使之更符合信息时代的教育需求。
In the age of information, novel demands and challenges occur in the management of adult education. Taking management model of adult education as a complex and holistic system, from the point of view of all participants in the system （ including administrators, teachers, students, etc. ）, this paper studied on the innovation of education philosophy, training objectives, teaching model and student management in management model of adult education, and proposed solutions to make it adapted to the educational needs in the information age.
