关于《美国2010国家教育技术计划》的学习与思考被引量：79

摘要本文强调要学习、借鉴《美国2010国家教育技术计划(简称NETP)》须首先认清教育技术的本质,接着对NETP的基本框架和主要内容作简要介绍,然后从五个方面论述了NETP内容值得我们认真学习与借鉴之处,在此基础上,对NETP所提出的一个对教育领域意义最为重大、影响最为深远的命题——"要想显著提高教育的生产力,需要对教育系统实施由技术支持的重大结构性变革"进行了认真的思考,并对中美两国学者关于"什么是教育系统的结构性变革"的认识与理解,以及"如何实施教育系统由技术支持的结构性变革"的途径方法与应对举措作了较深入的比较。特别是对NETP起草人未能正确认识"教育系统结构性变革"的内涵,也未能真正找到实现教育系统结构性变革途径与方法的文化与思想根源——从西方传统文化的影响和对"系统论"思想方法的认识这两个方面作了较全面的剖析。
