摘要
目的:对比分析不同手术方法治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2010年1月～2011年6月住院治疗的胆脂瘤中耳炎患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例,观察组实施完壁式乳突根治术,对照组实施开放式乳突根治术,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:术前两组AC、ABG差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后两组均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05),观察组的AC和ABG均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访,观察组鼓膜生长良好者占90.70%,明显高于对照组(46.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壁式乳突根治术治疗胆脂瘤型中耳炎,能够显著提高患者的听力能力,降低术后并发症的发生,具有临床应用价值。
Objective： To analyze clinical curative effects of different operation methods for otitis with cholesteatoma. Methods： According to different treatment methods,86 otitis with cholesteatoma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group. The observation group underwent intact canal wall mastoidectomy, while the control group had open radical mastoidectomy. Therapeutic effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results： Before the operation, no significant difference in AC or ABG was observed （P;0.05）, but after the operation, both AC and ABG significantly decreased （P〈0.05） AC and ABG in the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. According to follow-up data, tympanic membrane grew well in 90.70% cases of the observation group, significant higher than 46.51; of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Intact canal walt mastoidectomy is effective on otitis with cholesteatoma, it can improve the patients＂ hearing ability and reduce incidence of postoperative complications.
