腰痛的一个亚组-腰椎稳定肌异常 被引量：12

摘要 本文在探讨非特异性腰痛的病因时,以维持正常的腰椎稳定性为本,分析了维护腰椎稳定三个亚系统之一的主动亚系统在腰椎稳定中的重要作用;进而回顾了主动亚系统的腰椎多裂肌和腹横肌的解剖及功能,腰痛患者的腰椎多裂肌和腹横肌异常表现。可以看出:腰椎多裂肌和腹横肌异常可导致腰椎稳定性下降,容易引起腰椎及其周围组织急慢性损伤而出现腰痛,表明腰椎核心稳定肌异常可以是腰痛的一个亚组。本结论可为今后腰痛研究和实践提供参考。
