摘要
目的：探讨老年非特异性腰痛射频热凝脊神经后支的治疗方法,并对其疗效进行观察分析。方法：对我院2012年3月-2103年2月经确诊为老年非特异性腰痛的34例患者采用射频热凝脊神经后支治疗,并对其疗效进行回顾性观察和分析,临床效果评价采用视觉模拟疼痛评分法（VAS评分）及改良Macnab疗效评价标准。结果：34例患者均获随访,随访时间7~12个月,平均9个月。术后34例症状有不同程度改善,VAS评分较术前明显改善（P〈0.05）,改良Macnab疗效评价标准评价：术后优良率分别为82.3%（1周）、85.2%（1月）、79.4%（3月）、76.4%（6月）。术中未出现脊髓神经及大血管损伤或术后感染等并发症。手术时间为15~35min,平均20min,术后腰痛减轻或消失。结论：射频热凝脊神经后支治疗老年非特异性腰痛,是一种操作简便、安全、有效的微创手术。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of radiofrequency thermosetting on posterior ramus of lumbar spinal nerve in senile nonspecific low back pain.Methods：Thirty-four elderly patients with nonspecific low back pain were treated with radiofrequency thermosetting on posterior ramus of lumbar spinal nerve.The curative effect was evaluated after the treatment.Results：All patients were followed up for 7to 12 months,averagely 9months.The symptoms improved in 34 cases with total effective rate of 82.3%（1week）,85.2%（1month）,79.4%（3month）,and 76.4%（6month）.No spinal never and blood vessel injury occurred during the operation,and no postoperative infection occurred after the operation.The operation time was 15 to 35min,averagely 20 min.Conclusion：Radiofrequency thermosetting is an advanced,safe and effective method for the elderly patients with nonspecific low back pain.
