摘要
常见数控系统具备直线、圆弧插补指令,但对于如椭圆、抛物线等二次曲线没有专用的插补指令。采用普通的手工编程方法编辑二次曲线的加工程序,需要计算很多点的坐标,计算量大,易出错,难以快速实现。运用宏程序来实现常见二次曲线的编程,不仅大大减少计算量,减少用户程序的长度,而且可以实现快速的编程和加工。
Common CNC systems has linear and circular interpolation instruction,but for such as ellipses,parabolas and other quadratic have not the dedicated interpolation instruction.Ordinary manual programming methods to edit the quadratic processing procedures,the need to calculate the coordinates of many points,and computing capacity,error-prone,it is difficult to achieve quickly.Through the use of macro programs to achieve the common conic programming,not only greatly reduce the amount of calculation,reducing the user program length,and can achieve faster programming and machining.
