摘要
针对数控加工中出现的非圆曲线零件加工问题,阐述了非圆曲线的插值误差的表达方法。通过分析误差的表达,得出了几种典型非圆曲线插值步长的求法及误差控制算法。最后,通过仿真实验验证了算法的可实现性。该算法为加工中控制非圆曲线加工误差提供了简单有效的解决途径。
Aimed at the manufacture problem of noneircular curve parts, the error of interpolation algorithm of noncircular curve was introduced. The algorithms of the step-length of some typical noncircular curves interpolation and error control algorithm were got by analyzing the error of the interpolation algorithm. The reliability of algorithm was verified by simulation experiments. The algorithm provides a simple and effective method for controlling the error of noncircular curve manufacture.
