摘要
天津大学仁爱学院是一所独立院校,该校过程装备与控制工程专业推行"保基础、强实践、重创新"人才培养模式,着力培养具备较强工程实践能力和创新意识的受企业欢迎的应用型专门人才。通过修订人才培养方案、加强实践教学改革和创立应用型创新人才培养"双十条"方针等一系列探索与实践,不断推进工程教育改革。
Ren’ai College of Tianjin University is an independent college,of which the process equipment and control engineering carries out the talent-cultivation pattern ‘basic knowledge is enough,practical ability is excellent and innovation is important’ to bring up talents who have innovative spirit and strong practical ability and welcomed by enterprises.We push forward the reform of engineering education continuously by revising education program,strengthening practical teaching reform and creating ‘double ten’ policy to training applied innovative talents.
