摘要
针对地方院校工程教育在评价体系、培养机制、教学实践等方面存在的诸多问题,西安理工大学自动化专业以工程教育认证为抓手,以培养具有解决复杂工程问题能力的自动化领域工程技术人才为目标,以学生为中心,以成果为导向,建立了具有可持续改进机制的自动化专业人才培养和评价体系。在实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"和"专业综合改革试点"的引领下,形成了自动化专业人才培养校企合作新机制。
According to the engineering education problems local colleges such as evaluation system are training mechanismand practice teaching.In Xi′an University of technology engineering education certification is the starting point. The goal is tocultivate automation engineering technical talents with solving complex engineering problems ability. The training and evaluationsystem with a sustainable improvement mechanism has established in which the student is the center and the result is oriented.Under the guidance of ＂excellent engineer education and training plan＂ and ＂ professional comprehensive reform pilot＂ a newmechanism of automation professional training for university enterprise cooperation has been formed.
