新生儿社区获得性肺炎病原菌及药物敏感分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨本地区新生儿社区获得性肺炎常见病原菌分布及耐药情况,为临床经验性使用抗生素提供参考依据。方法:对2010年1月~2012年1月我院新生儿收治的145例社区获得性肺炎,将其痰液的病原菌培养结果及药敏情况进行回顾性分析。结果:145例肺炎患儿均送检痰培养,痰培养阳性率69.65%,其中革兰氏阴性菌(G-)占68.31%,革兰氏阳性菌(G+)占23.7%,病原菌排前五位的为:大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯、金黄色葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌。革兰氏阴性菌对头孢二三代耐药性高,对亚胺培南敏感性高;革兰氏阳性菌对青霉素耐药,对万古霉素及利奈唑胺全部敏感。结论:本地区新生儿社区获得性肺炎病原菌以革兰氏阴性菌为主,以大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯、金黄色葡萄球菌为主要病原菌,对亚胺培南、万古霉素、利奈唑胺全部敏感。 Objective: In order to investigate distribution and Drug Resistance for common pathogens of local Neonatal community-acquired pneumonia , and provide reference for clinical using antibiotics empiri-cally. Method : During January 2010 to January 2012 , our hospital have analyzed retrospectively 145 cases of community - acquired pneumonia by analyzing the results of sputum culture for pathogens and drug resistance Result: By cultivating the sputum of 145 cases of community - acquired pneumonia, it proved that positive rate for sputum culture 69.65% ; including Gram - 23.7%. The most 5 kinds of pathogen in proper order negative bacteria 68. 31%, Gram - positive bacteria :1. Escherichia coli, 2. Pneumonia clay, 3. Staphy- lococcus aureus, 4. baumanii,5. Agrobacteria cloacae. In addition, Gram-negative bacteria has .most toler-anee against 2nd and 3rd generation Cephalosporin. , also has most sensitivity against imipenem. Gram - pos-itive bacteria has tolerance against penicillin and totally has sensitivity against vancomycin & rina thiazole a-mine. Conclusion : Gram - negative bacteria is the main pathogen of Neonatal Community - acquired Pneumo-nia, which also inlcludes Escherichia coli, pneumonia clay, It totally has sensitivity against imipenem
