饥饿胁迫对饲喂槐属植物黄酮的罗非鱼肝胰脏抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Starvation Stress on Antioxidant Parameters of Tilapia (Oreochromis spp.) Fed with Sophora Flavonoids

摘要 为了研究饥饿胁迫对饲喂槐属植物黄酮的罗非鱼肝胰脏抗氧化能力的影响,将400尾罗非鱼(平均体重为(11.52±2.85)g/尾)随机分为5个处理,每个处理4个重复。试验饲料SF添加量分别为0、200、400、800、1600mg/kg,试验鱼正常饲喂7周后饥饿胁迫15天,测定饥饿胁迫第1天、第8天和第15天罗非鱼肝胰脏的丙二醛(MDA)含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果表明:饲料中添加200~1600mg/kg的SF可显著降低饥饿胁迫试验期末罗非鱼肝胰脏MDA含量和CAT活性(P<0.01),显著提高应激时T-AOC水平(P<0.01)和SOD活性(P<0.05);随SF添加水平的升高,罗非鱼肝胰脏抗氧化能力升高,1600mg/kg SF添加组最佳。表明,SF可提高饥饿胁迫状态下罗非鱼肝胰脏的抗氧化能力。 In order to study the effects of starvation stress on the antioxidant ability of tilapia fed with Sophora flavonoids (SF), four hundred fishes were divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates in each group. Tilapia with an average liveweight of (11.52±2.85) g, were exposed to dietary SF at concentrations of 0, 200, 400, 800 and 1600 mg/kg for 7 weeks, then were starved for 1, 8 and 15 d to determine the content of malonaldehyde (MDA), the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) of the tilapia' s hepatopancreas. The determination results showed that the dietary SF ranging from 200 to 1600 mg/kg significantly decreased the content of MDA and the activity of CAT (P〈0.01), and significantly inereased the level of T-AOC (P〈0.01) and the activity of SOD (P〈0.05). The antioxidant ability of tilapia increased with the level of dietary SF, and the highest antioxidant ability was recorded at 1600 mg SF/kg. These results indicated that the ability of oxidation resistance of tilapia under starvation stress could be enhanced by adding the SF to the tilapia feed..
