摘要
目的观察心元胶囊治疗气阴两虚型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法入选气阴两虚型心绞痛患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。在常规使用西药阿司匹林、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、β-受体阻滞剂基础上,治疗组联合应用心元胶囊,4粒,每日3次,56d为1个疗程。进行症状疗效观察和心电图平板运动的评估。结果治疗组症状及运动平板指标明显改善,症状疗效:治疗组有效率(90.0%)优于对照组(78.0%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组平板运动时间延长优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论心元胶囊治疗气阴两虚型心绞痛效果显著。
To observe the effect of Xinyuan Capsule on patients with angina pectoris （deficiency of both qi and yin）. [ Methods ] 100 patients with angina pectoris （deficiency of both qi and yin） were randomly divided into two group： Xinyuan theraputic group and control group with nitrite, [3-blocker, ACEI, antiplateleI drug and so on. They accepted the conventional treatment, Xinyuan Capsule were given to the theraputic group. [Results] Compared with conventional treatment, the symptoms were reduced in Xinyuan theraputic group; Maximal ST-sen- ment depressions were superior. At the same time, the total times of exercise were more than control group. [Conclusion] Xinyuan Capsule can be used in curing patients with angina pectoris（deficiency of both qi and yin）. It is effective.
