摘要
目的:研究瓜蒌的药用部位、采收加工和功效等的历史沿革,为开展瓜蒌的规范化提供有益的借鉴。方法:查阅历代的本草典籍,进行了整理、归纳。结果:查阅了约60部本草典籍,初步理清了瓜蒌的药用部位、采收加工和功效的历史沿革。结论:瓜蒌有果实全用或瓜蒌子、瓜蒌皮分别使用,瓜蒌、瓜蒌子和瓜蒌皮的功效也不同。
Objective ： To study the history of the fruits of Trichosanthes kirilowii,including the medicinal part, collecting time and efficacy, and to provide useful references for GAP research of Triehosanthes kirilowii. Methods ： look through the herbal works, then sum up. Results ： After check about 60 herbal works, we basically identified the medicinal part, collecting time and efficacy of the fruits of Triehosanthes kirilowii. Conclusion ：The fruits of Triehosanthes kirilowi used as fruetus triehosanthis, semen triehosanthis and pefiearpium triehosanthis according to different clinical requirements, and their efficacy are difference.
