摘要
随着我国社会进步与经济发展，城市规模的不断扩大．提高城市公交服务质量的要求日益增长。本文在阐述公交系统可靠性的定义基础上，建立了公交服务可靠性的评价体系及综合评价公式，确定了评价标准，用层次分析法对公交服务可靠性进行综合评价，对哈尔滨104路公交线路进行实证分析，为提高城市的公共交通服务质量，改善乘客的出行条件提供了依据。
With the development of society and economy of China, the constant enlargement of the city, the demand of improvement the services quality of urban public transport is growing .This paper elaborates the definition of public transportation system reliability and then establishes the bus service reliability evaluation system, formula and criteria, using analytic hierarchy process to evaluate bus service rehability of line 104 in Harbin. Provide the basis for improving the city＇s public transportation service quality and passenger travel conditions.Harbin 104 public transit lines were analyzed, a basis to improve the city＇s public transportation service quality, improve passenger travel conditions are provided.
