摘要
本文基于交通供需随机性分析,借鉴网络可靠性分析方法,建立了道路畅通可靠度的基本概念。在此基础上,提出了高峰时段道路单元及路网运营状态的评估方法。并以北京市二环内路网为例,说明了该方法的实用性及可操作性。
Depending on the randomicity analyses of traffic demand and supply, and recurring to the reliability analyses of network, the paper presents the concept of unblocked reliability and provides the evaluation methods of road unit and network. In the end of the paper, taking the Beijing urban transportation network as example, the practicability and maneuverability of the index is illuminated.
