摘要
对生态环境的保护是藏区习惯法的重要内容,它存在于宗教信仰、禁忌、部落习惯法、生活习俗等多种方式当中,文章分析了藏区环境保护习惯法的特点,并据此提出了地方环境法制建设可以吸收和借鉴的经验。
Protection on ecological environment is an important aspect of customary law in Tibetan area, which reflects in the forms of religious beliefs, taboo, habits and so on. This article analyzes the features of customary law on environmental protection and discusses on experiences in constructing environmental legal system with its reference to Tibetan area.
