摘要
在分析突发公共事件概念和建设应急指挥信息系统客观必要性的基础上,对美国、日本、印度等国外部分国家应急指挥系统建设情况、卫生部突发公共事件卫生应急指挥系统建设情况、广东省突发公共事件卫生应急指挥系统建设情况进行了研究,并在此基础上提出了卫生系统卫生应急指挥系统的几点建议。
On the basis of analysis of the concept of public emergencies and the objective necessity of the construction of emergency command and information systems, we explore the status of emergency management system for sudden public health events in America, Japan, the Ministry of Health and Guangdong Province. On the basis of the forward study, the author propose a number of recommendations in emergency management system for sudden public health events.
