介绍了大尺寸轴毂过盈连接的过盈量确定方法和电磁感应热套法的热套装置结构、热套温度及功率的计算方法。该热套法具有热套质量高、热效率高、温度易于控制、环境清洁等优点。
This paper introduces the determination method for interference amount of large-sized hub, puts emphasis on the device structure and the calculation methods of heating temperature and power for electromagnetic induction shrinage fit. The electromagnetic induction shrinage fit method has the advantages of high quality, high heat efficiency, temperature being easily controlled and environmental cleaning.
