摘要
对锦州及周边地区3个水库30尾病鱼进行细菌分离培养、染色镜检、生化试验和PCR扩增气溶素基因aer鉴定,确定6株为嗜水气单胞菌。进一步采用纸片扩散法测定嗜水气单胞菌分离株对多种抗生素的敏感性,各分离菌株均对环丙沙星、氯霉素、强力霉素、妥布霉素敏感;对氨苄青霉素、青霉素不敏感;部分菌株存在不同程度的耐药性。接种试验动物出现典型的嗜水气单胞菌的病理变化和死亡。
Six A. hydrophil isolates were isolated from fishes collected from 3 reservoirs in Jinzhou and periphery region by isolation and culture,staining microscopy, biochemical tests and amplifying aer gene with PCR. The results of drug sensitivity test indicated that the isolates were all sensitive to eiprofloxaein, chloromycetin, doxycycline and tobramycin and resistant to ampieillin and penicillin. Different degree resistance was existed in some strains. The laboratory animals appeared obvious pathological features and death after inoculation.
