Advances of the Effect of miRNA in Skin Tissue

摘要 miRNA参与生命过程中的一系列重要进程,包括发育进程,造血过程,器官形成,凋亡,细胞增殖,甚至是肿瘤发生。近期的研究发现,miRNA在毛囊的形成及毛发的生长中起着重要的作用,这类小RNA作为一类新型的转录后调控小分子,所调控的靶向基因众多,为研究动物毛发形成提供了新的方向。 miRNA participates in important life processes, including development, hematopoiesis, the formation and devel opment of the organs, apoptosis, proliferation and the development of cancer. Some researches have reported that miRNA, reg- ulated skin and follicular morphology, miRNA, regulating more than one genes at post transcriptional level, it gives us a new way to elucidate the regulation mechanism of the hair development.
