高危型HPV与Survivin基因在CIN和SCC诊断预测中的临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 宫颈癌(squamous cervical cancer,SCC)的发生、发展与人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virusHPV)感染和细胞凋亡的调控有密切的关系[1]。许多研究表明,高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)是导致宫颈癌的主要原因[2]为了进一步提高早期诊断率,有必要寻找更为客观、可靠的指标。
