摘要
目的通过对前列腺神经鞘瘤临床特点的分析,提高对该病的认识与诊治水平。方法回顾分析本院1例前列腺神经鞘瘤患者,结合文献分析报告。结果本例经前列腺穿刺活检确诊为前列腺神经鞘瘤,未行任何治疗。随访第5年,发现左输尿管上段结石,予输尿管镜下钬激光碎石,前列腺神经鞘瘤无明显进展。结论前列腺神经鞘瘤罕见,良性居多,手术治疗为首选。良性病例特殊情况下,可以考虑随访观察。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of prostate schwannoma （PS）, and to improve the diagnosis and treatment for PS. Methods Retrospective analysis of a case of PS, by comparing to the literatures in recent years. Results The patient was diagnosed PS with pathology by needle biopsy. He was followed-up for 5 years without any treatment, and found calculus in the left upper ureteral. And he was treated by Holmium laser lithotripsy in URS. PS was assessed stable degree by MRI review. Conclusions PS is rare and mostly benign, surgery should be preferred, but follow-up on schedule may also be considered for this benign one.
