摘要
介绍一种简单的方法把普通可调三端稳压集成电路改为高稳定度恒流电源,用于高能二次电子发射系数测量系统的磁聚焦中,也可用于扫描电子显微镜等,其稳定度可达10 - 4 .
A simple method to change an ordinary adjustable voltage regulator IC to a very stable constant current source is reported.Its stability has been reached to 10 -4 .It is used in the magnetic focusing system in the measuring system of high energy secondary electron emission and scan electron microscope.
