摘要
电碳行业属于精细碳材料的生产制造业,在碳素生产加工过程中将对环境造成一定程度的影响。通过对电碳行业典型生产工艺的分析,明确电碳行业生产流程和排污节点。重点分析电碳行业生产对大气环境的影响,其典型大气污染物为沥青烟及苯并[a]芘,论述大气特征污染物对环境的影响。对特征污染物采用焚烧法、吸收法和电捕法大气污染防治措施,其中以进行雾化预处理的湿式电捕法效果最为理想。
Based on the analysis of electrical carbon typical product technics, electrical carbon pollutanta emission node was determined, and the air character pollutants are asphalt gas and B[a] P. The effects of character pollutants on the environment were discoursed and the prevention measures using incineration, absorption and electrostatic tar collecting method were adopted.
