苯并[α]芘对海洋微藻生长及细胞特征的影响 被引量:6

Effects of benzo[α]pyrene on cell growth and characteristics in marine microalgae

摘要 采用急性毒性实验方法,研究了苯并[α]芘(B[α]P)对3种海洋微藻生长和细胞特征的影响。结果表明,B[α]P对3种海洋微藻生长的抑制呈显著的时间-剂量效应,其96 h半数效应浓度依次为:湛江等鞭金藻17.00μg/L,塔溪堤等鞭金藻25.18μg/L,牟氏角毛藻83.06μg/L。高浓度B[α]P胁迫96 h后,3种海洋微藻细胞体积和细胞内容物颗粒均有增加,而藻细胞叶绿素含量却随着B[α]P浓度的增加而降低。这一研究说明,B[α]P对微藻细胞形态及光合能力均能造成明显影响,并可抑制藻细胞数量的增长。B[α]P对藻细胞的抑制作用存在种的差异性,相对来说,金藻类微藻对B[α]P更为敏感。 The cell growth and characteristics of three species in marine microalgae treated by benzol [α] pyrene were analyzed. The re- suits showed that B[α]P significantly inhibited the growth of three species of algae. The 96-h median effective concentrations of B [α] P for Isochrysis zhanjiangensis, Tahitian Isochrysis galbana and Chaetoceros miielleri were 17.00 μg/L, 25.18 μg/L and 83.06 μg/L, respectively. After 96 h contaminated of high concentration of B [α] P, the cell volume and the internal cellular granularity of three species of algae were increased, while the chlorophyll content was decreased with the B [α]P concentration increases, which shows that B[α] P can significantly impact the algal morphology and the photosynthetic capacity and inhibite the growth of algal cells. The inhibitory of B[α] P exists difference among the experimented microalgae species, of which, the Chrysophyta is the most sensitive algae for B[α]P.
