ANNULUS PRESSURE CONTROL METHOD ON MANAGED PRESSURE DRILLING(MPD) IN XUSHEN GAS FIELD

摘要 徐深气田深井钻井过程中地层坍塌、漏失、压差卡钻、钻井液安全密度窗口窄等问题越来越突出,严重制约了该地区的勘探开发进程,控制压力钻井技术是解决这些难题的有效技术手段之一,能减少井下复杂事故发生,保证安全钻进和减小储层损害。利用CT扫描、薄片分析等手段,评价了大庆徐深气田孔隙、裂缝发育特征,结合邻井压力测试资料,分析了该地区进行控制压力钻井的必要性和可行性,建立了环空有效压力当量钻井液密度控制方程,结合不同钻井作业方式对应的压力边界条件,得到了控压钻井全过程环空压力控制方法。为大庆及其它同类油田油气层保护、提高单井产能提供一条途径。 The geologic condition of Xushen gas field is quite complex.The drilling problems of formation leakage,pressure differential sticking,narrow density windows and other issues are more and more prominent.Managed pressure drilling(MPD) is an effective technique to solve these problems,it can also improve the ROP,discover and protect reservoirs.The pore and fracture growth characters were evaluated by CT and thin section analysis.Combining with off-set well pressure testing data,the necessity and feasibility of using MPD technique were analyzed,and the control equation of annular effective equivalent drilling mud density was established.Based on the pressure boundary conditions under different drilling methods,the overall process of pressure control method was gained during MPD.It offered an efficient way to protect the reservoir and improve single well production for Daqing and other similar oilfield.
