脊髓电刺激治疗慢性顽固性疼痛的机制研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 “慢性疼痛是一种疾病”这一观念在社会和医学界基本达成共识,尤其是慢性顽固性疼痛,成为一个广受关注的社会和医疗难题。慢性顽固性疼痛指疼痛非常剧烈、持续时间很长、难以忍受、药物不能凑效甚至成瘾者。1967年Shealy等首先报道在脊髓后柱植入电极,使用脊髓电刺激(spinal cord stimulation,SCS)治疗慢性顽固性疼痛。
