摘要
以人为本作为中国现阶段发展的核心理念,充分说明了中国社会主义现代化建设的根本目的与性质,具有悠远绵长的"双重"超越意蕴。其双重超越性体现在两个方面:一方面是制度上的超越性,这主要是指对资本主义制度的超越;另一方面是发展模式上的超越性,这主要是指对传统经济发展模式的超越。以人为本的"双重"超越对推进中国特色社会主义现代化建设具有重要的现实意义,对推动马克思主义人本思想中国化的深入发展具有重要的理论价值。
As the core concept of Scientific Outlook on Development, ＂human-first＂ is clearly put forward for the first time by Chinese Communist Party with Hu Jintao as the representative and written into The Constitution of Communist Party of China. ＂Human-first＂ fully expresses the basic goals and the nature of China＇s socialist modernization. It implies ＂double transcendence＂, i.e. transcending capitalism in sys- tems and transcending traditional economic development in patterns. The ＂double transcendence＂ not only is of great practical significance to progress the modernization with Chinese features, but also has impor- tant theoretical values in deepening the research of localization of Marxist humanism in China.
