本文针对现代林业发展的特点 ,深入分析林业技术创新对现代林业发展所产生的影响 ,探讨了现代林业发展中的林业技术创新问题 ,并分析林业技术创新对林业人力资源开发、提高劳动者素质的推动作用。
Bases on the features of modern forestry, This paper analyses the impact of forestry technical innovation on modern forestry, exploits the problems of forestry technical innovation in the development of modern forestry, analyses the function of forestry technical innovation to the development of human resources and the function to improve the ability of labour.
