摘要
１９９７／１９９８厄尔尼诺事件在１９９７～１９９８年冬春给江苏省带来严重气象灾害， 导致三麦、油菜减产近３成。夏季长江出现仅次于１９５４年的全流域性特大洪涝， 形势十分严峻。本文以大量翔实的数据与灾情资料， 分析了厄尔尼诺与江苏气象灾害的密切关系， 提请人们关注厄尔尼诺， 预防气象灾害。
El Nino event brought heavy meteorological disasters to Jiangsu province between winter of 1997 and spring of 1998 The yield of wheat and rape crop was decreased by 30% An extreme flood second only to 1954 made heavy damage to the Yangtze River valley in the summer of 1998 According to a vast amount of data, the relationship the El Nino event and meteorological disasters is analyzed in this paper It is pointed out that much attention should be paid to the prevention against meteorological disasters
