摘要
本文对我国饭店业的竞争现状做了较全面详细的分析，澄清了已往一些较为简单的表面认识。文章指出，“过度竞争”和“竞争不足”是现阶段找国饭店业竞争现状的主要表现，并对这一竞争现状的成因进行了系统的分析。经过分析发现，我国经济转轨时期经济运行的特点及我国旅游业、饭店业发展内在规律、本质特征在不同阶段的不同表现是“过度竞争”和“竞争不足”产生的根源。最后指出了这种竞争现状存在的必然性。
This article gives an overall and detailed analysis of the present state of China's hospitality industry and clarifies some simple and superficial points. The authors point out that the present competition in hospitality industry is manifested by 'excessive competition' and 'lack of competition', and a systematic analysis of the case is then given.The authors conclude that this results from the characteristics in the transition period of China's economy and the inherent laws of China's tourism industry and hospitality industry. The article finally points out that such phenomenon isinevitable.[
