摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖水平与文化程度的关系及解决对策。方法选取社区符合2型糖尿病标准的患者209例,详细记录患者的一般情况及空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),并按文化程度不同分层,分析FPG、2hPG、HbA1c与文化程度的相关性。结果糖尿病患者文化程度与FPG、HbA1c呈负相关(r分别为-0.1897、-0.1931,P分别为0.006、0.005)。协方差分析显示小学以上文化程度各组的HbA1c水平显著低于文盲组的HbA1c水平。结论文化程度在血糖控制中起着重要作用,需要根据不同文化程度进行个体化的健康教育。
Objective To study and countermeasure for the relationship between blood glucose levels and standard of cul- ture in type 2 diabetes meilitus patients. Methods The study was conducted in 209 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus during April and August in 2011. Fasting plasma glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and hemoglobin Alc were measured. According to educational level, the relationship between blood glucose levels and degrees of culture were ana- lyzed. Results There was a significantly negative correlation between fasting plasma glucose and educational levels （r = -0.1897, P = 0.006）. As same, partial correlation analysis demonstrated a significantly negative correlation between hemoglobin Alc and educational levels （r = -0.1931, P = 0.005）. Covariance analysis showed the hemoglobin Alc values of post-pri- mary education groups were significantly lower than that of the illiteracy group. Conclusion Degrees of culture plays an important role in the control of blood glucose. The individual health education should be implemented in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
