摘要
介绍云南某硅质磷矿的矿物组成及矿石性质,在浮选流程中,采用正浮选和反浮选相结合的流程,取得很好的选别效果。闭路试验指标为:磷精矿品位31.74%,磷回收率81.47%,MgO的含量为0.64%,SiO2的含量为11.32%。
Mineral composition and property of siliceous phosphate ore in Yunnan province are described in this paper. Adopting combination process of direct-flotation and reverse-flotation good separation effect is achieved. The final concentrate grading 31.74% P2O5, 0.64% MgO, 11.32% SiO2 are obtained by the closed-circuit, at recovery of 81.47% P2O5.
