摘要
介绍了晋宁磷矿下Ⅱ级品矿石用擦洗、磨细脱泥、磨细摇床分选的研究结果。该矿石采用细磨摇床分选工艺,可获得品位大于28%,杂质含量符合酸法二类标准矿石,回收率大于70%。为该类矿石的开发利用找到了一条流程简单、成本低廉、无环境污染的重选工艺。
This paper introduces the tcst results of scrubbing- grinding and desliming-table treatment flowshect for grade-Ⅱ uplay- er ore from Jinning Phosphorus Mine.when the ore is finely ground,table separated,the grade of phosphorus concentrate is more than 28%,recovery of P_2O_5 is over 70%.It is up to the standard for phosphorus acid production.The proccss is simple,low-cost and of no environmental pollution.
