摘要
结直肠癌病人多出现营养不良,其原因主要是恶性肿瘤本身的消耗和手术的影响,营养不良又会增加病人手术后的并发症和病死率,由此对这类病人进行营养支持显得尤为重要。以下对结直肠癌病人围手术期的营养状况评定、营养支持的指征、时机、原则和方法等进行综述,以期为临床营养实践提供理论依据。
Colorectal cancer is one of the most frequent malignant digestive tract tumors.The primary cause of malnutrition in colorectal cancer patients include the consumption of malignant tumor and the influence of operation itself.On the other hand,malnutrition increase the incidence rate of surgical complication and the mortality.Therefore,it is particularly important to carry out nutritional support in these patients.
