摘要
紫花苜蓿是世界上优良的豆科牧草,培育抗逆苜蓿新品种对于提高苜蓿产量和推动苜蓿产业化具有重要意义。近年来,生物技术是世界上发展最迅速的新技术,该研究综述了紫花苜蓿抗生物胁迫和抗非生物胁迫遗传转化方面的研究进展,并对生物技术在苜蓿抗逆性状改良上的应用进行了展望。
Alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.) is high-quality legume forage in the world.To breed new cultivars of stress-tolerant M.sativa is of great significance to improving the M.sativa yield and promoting the industrialization of M.sativa production.Biotechnology is a new technology which develops very fast in recent years.In this paper,the progresses of tolerance to biotic and abiotic stresses in M.sativa by genetic transformation were reviewed,and the application of biotechnology in the improvement of stress tolerance in M.sativa was forecasted.
