摘要
结合某高炉煤气锅炉运行中炉内压力波动导致炉墙开裂问题,对高炉煤气锅炉炉墙的改造进行了探讨。改造对象为炉膛顶部炉墙、尾部烟道顶部炉墙及防爆门。
The reconstruction of blast furnace gas-fired boiler furnace wall is discussed based on the furnace wall cracking caused by internal pressure fluctuation during the operation of a blast furnace gas-fired boiler. The reconstruction objects are the top wall of the furnace, the top walX of the rear flue and the explosion door.
