苏制200MW机组锅炉炉墙保温和炉顶密封改造设计的特点 被引量:1

Designing characteristic of improving furnace wall heat insulation and boiler roof seal for 200MW unit made by former Soviet Union

摘要 根据原苏制200 MW机组锅炉在运行中出现的保温不良而导致的散热损失较大问题,分析了该锅炉炉墙、炉顶、尾部烟道保温层的结构,提出了炉墙保温改造方案,采用了新的保温材料和施工工艺,节能效果较好,提高了锅炉热效率。 The paper analyzed the structure of heat insulation layer of furnace wall, roof and heel duct of the boiler focusing on heat loss due to imperfect heating - insulation during operation for 200MW unit made by former Soviet Union, and proposed the scheme of improving furnace wall heat insulation, using a new kind of heating- insulation materials and construction procedure, which has a good efficiency in saving -energy and the thermal efficiency is promoted.
