摘要
针对目前电镀电源移相软开关控制方式在轻负载下不易实现软开关的问题,研制了一种采用有限双极性控制方法的数字化电镀电源。主电路采用全桥拓扑结构,以LM3S8971作为控制核心,构建了一台25 kW的数字化电镀电源样机。实验结果表明,电镀电源采用该控制方法在轻负载时可实现软开关,扩大了电镀电源软开关的负载范围,提高了电源性能。
On the problem of electroplate power light load using phase-shift soft-switching control is not easy to achieve soft-switching,an electroplate power supply using limited double-polarity control method is designed.The LM3S8971 is used as the core of the process control of electroplate power supply,and a 25 kW digital electroplate power prototype is designed.The capability of the control method in the electroplate power supply realizes soft-switch- ing with light load is verified by experiment, which expands the power load range.
