摘要
采用传统模拟控制方式的直流变换器,由于其硬件结构和控制方式比较固定,限制了开关电源的开发的灵活性和可拓展性,随着嵌入式技术的发展和在电力电子领域中应用的不断加深,利用数字方式进行控制逐渐取代模拟控制方式来成为高性能开关电源开发的首选。论文提出一种基于PIC18单片机,主功率电路采用有限双极性控制的ZVZCS-PWM全桥拓扑结构的数字控制直流变换器的设计方案。经验证该设计方案合理可行,设计出的数字控制直流变换器拥有较高输出精度和转换效率。
The DC/DC converter which adoptes traditional analog control method has relatively fixed hardware constructionand control method. Its restricted the flexibility and the expansibility of the R&D of power supply. Along with the development of em-bedded technology,it has widely used in power electronics field,The digital control method is gradually taking the place of analogcontrol method and become the first choice used in the development of high-performance power supply. This paper proposes a de-sign of digital control DC/DC converter based on PIC18 MCU,and adoptes full-bridge DC/DC converter which uses limited bipolarcontrol mode as its main circuit topology. This design has been proven to be practicable,the power supply made by this design hashigh efficiency and control accuracy of output.
