摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)与淋巴管密度(LVD)的相关性。方法采用免疫组化方法检测56例鼻咽癌标本(鼻咽癌组)和15例正常鼻咽黏膜标本(对照组)中VEGF-C的表达情况,并通过淋巴管内皮透明质酸酶受体-1(LYVE-1)染色,计数鼻咽癌组淋巴管密度(LVD)值,分析鼻咽癌组VEGF-C与LVD的相关性。结果鼻咽癌组VEGF-C阳性表达率为83.9%(47/56),高于对照组的26.7%(4/15)(P<0.05);鼻咽癌组LVD值为(20.00±4.37)个/高倍镜视野,明显高于对照组的(0.12±1.79)个/高倍镜视野(P<0.05)。鼻咽癌组LVD与VEGF-C的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 VEGF-C表达与LVD呈正相关关系,鼻咽癌中VEGF-C的表达能促进淋巴管的生成。
Objective To investigate the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor C （VEGF-C） and lymphatic vessel density （LVD） in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry （IHC） was used to examine the expression of VEGF-C in 56 nasopharyngeal carcinoma Cases（ NC group） and 15 normal mucous membrane of nasopharynx eases（control group） ,and then LYVE-1 staining was used to count LVD in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Correlation between VEGF-C and LVD was analyzed in NC group. Results The positive rate of VEGF-C in NC group was 83.9% （47/56）, which was significantly higher than that [ 26.7% （4/15） ] in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. LVD in NC group was significantly higher than that in the control group（20. 00±4.37/HP vs 0.12±1.79/HP,P 〈0.05）. The expression of VEFG-C was positively correlated with LVD in NC group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The expression of VEGF-C is positively correlated with LVD, and VEGF-C may stimulate lymphatic formation.
