鼻咽癌患者血清VEGF-C水平与淋巴管形成及临床疗效相关性研究 被引量:3

Level of Serum VEGF-C in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and Its Correlation with Lymphalymphangiogenesis and Clinical Efficacy

摘要 目的:研究鼻咽癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)水平与淋巴管形成及临床疗效之间的相互关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测鼻咽癌患者放疗前、后及放疗完成后1年的血清VEGF-C水平;采用免疫荧光法检测鼻咽癌组织中淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体(LYVE-1)的表达并标记淋巴管密度(LVD),结合临床病理特征进行统计学相关性分析。结果:42例鼻咽癌患者放疗前、后VEGF-C的表达无明显差异,放疗完成后1年VEGF-C的表达与临床疗效呈负相关(r=-0.423,P<0.05);放疗前VEGF-C的表达与临床分期(r=0.472,P<0.05)、LVD(r=0.458,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论:鼻咽癌VEGF-C的表达与鼻咽癌淋巴管的形成、转移及放疗疗效存在相关性,可作为判断患者放疗疗效及预后的有用指标。 OBJECTIVE: To study the level of serum VEGF-C in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and its correlation with lymphangiogenesis and clinical efficacy. METHODS: The level of serum VEGF-C was detected by ELISA before and after radiotherapy and 1 year later. The expression of LYVE-1 was detected by immunofluorescence in the tissue of NPC. The lymphatic vessel density was counted by LYVE-1 and analyzed with clinicopathologic parameters. RESULTS: The expressions of VEGF-C in 42 NPC patients had no significant difference before and after radiotherapy. The expression of VEGF-C was positively correlated with clinical stage (r=0.472,P〈0.05) and lymphaticvessel density (r=0.458,P〈0.05) before radiotherapy. The expressions of VEGF-C was negatively correlated with clinical curative effect(r=-0.423,P〈0.05)1 year after radiotherapy. CONCLUSION: The expression of VEGF-C is significantly related with lymphangiogenesis, metastasis and the efficacy of radiotherapy, which may serve as a useful index for the efficacy of radiotherapy and patients’ prognosis.
