摘要
探讨了青稞β-葡聚糖的质量及粒度、胆固醇浓度、吸附温度及时间对其吸附胆固醇作用的影响。结果显示,青稞β-葡聚糖对胆固醇具有较好的吸附作用。该吸附作用随胆固醇浓度和吸附时间的增加而增大,随β-葡聚糖的质量及粒度和温度增大而减小。青稞β-葡聚糖吸附胆固醇的适宜条件为:青稞β-葡聚糖终浓度为2.75"3.00mg/mL的胆固醇溶液中于30℃时振荡吸附90min。青稞β-葡聚糖对胆固醇的吸附规律符合Freundlich方程,其吸附方式包括物理吸附和化学吸附。
The effects of amount and particle size of highland barley β-glucan, cholesterol concentration, adsorption temperature and time on its ability to adsorb cholesterol were investigated. The results showed that β-glucan could adsorb cholesterol. The adsorption capacity of β-glucan to cholesterol increased with an increase in cholesterol concentration and adsorption time but decreased with a reduction in its amount and particle size. A suitable conditions for flglucan to adsorb cholesterol was as follows, that is, 0.1-0.2 g of β-glucan was added into a solution containing 2.75 -3.00 mg ·mL-1 of cholesterol and oscillated at 30℃ for 90 min. The adsorption of highland barleyfl-glucan to cholesterol fits for Freundlich equation, indicating that it adsorbs cholesterol physically and chemically.
