摘要
该文报道以青稞为原料进行提取β-葡聚糖研究,通过单因素及正交试验得到最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:在温度为75℃、料水比为1:15、提取时间为2h、pH值为8条件下,对青稞中β-葡聚糖提取效果最佳。
This paper studied the optimum extracting technology of β-glucan from highland barley by
using the factorial and orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimum extracting condition
of β-glucan from highland barley was 75℃, 1: 15, 2 hours and pH 8.
