摘要
目的研究中药锁阳的化学成分。方法采用开放硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等方法分离化合物,运用现代波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果从锁阳乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离纯化得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为4-甲基邻苯二酚(4-methylcatechol,1)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid ethyl ester,2),epiphyllocoumarin(3),(-)-落叶脂素[(-)-lariciresinol,4],dihydroapigenin(5)。结论化合物1-4为首次从锁阳科植物中得到,化合物5为首次从锁阳植物中得到。
Objective To study chemical constituents from Cynomorium songaricum. Methods The com- pounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and identified by physicochemical properties and spectrascopic analysis. Results Five compounds were obtained and identified as 4-methylcatechol ( 1 ), 3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid ethyl ester ( 2 ), epiphyllocoumarin ( 3 ), ( - ) -laricires- inol (4), dihydroapigenin (5). Conclusions Compounds 1,2,3 and 4 were are isolated from Cynomoriaceae for the first time, and compound 5 is isolated from Cynomorium songaricum for the first time.
