摘要
从常用中药锁阳中首次得到了挥发性成分,得率0.02%。用薄层层析,气相色谱-质谱联用方法对成分进行了分析,共鉴定了22个化合物,其中主成分为棕榈酸和油酸,并测定了百分含量。
The volatile components were obtained from Herba Cynomorii for the first time (yield: 0.02%). These components were analysed by TLC and GC-MS. Twenty-two compounds, including the main components hexadecanoic acid and 9-octadecenoic acid, were identified. Their percent contents were given.
