摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）后并发症的原因及相关处理。方法选取我科2010年6月-2011年5月186例行TURP术后患者中并发症的临床资料，探讨并发症的原因及对相应的处理措施进行总结。结果186例行TURP术后并发出血10例、膀胱痉挛9例、术后感染6例，以上所有的并发症及早采取相关措施，症状得到了控制并获得了满意的效果。结论全面的术前分析，准确的术中、术后处理，严密的病情观察，确保尿管引流通畅等措施，对促进患者康复、减少各种并发症起到至关重要的作用。
Objective To explore the causes and treatment of complications for transurethral resection of prostate. Methods Selected clinical complications data among 186 cases of patients who received transurethral resection of prostate（TURP） from June 2010 to May 2011 in our department, to explore causes of complications and corresponding measures. Results Among 186 cases with TURP, 10 cases suffered bleeding,9 cases suffered bladder spasms, 6 cases suffered postoperative infection.All above complications were treated in time and received satisfactory results. Conclusion Comprehensive preoperative analysis, accurate perioperative and postoperative treatment, strict observation, ensuring urinary catheter drainage unblocked and other measures are helpful to promote the patients recovery and reduce complications.
